We ask for your understanding that only a limited number of places are available and would like to enable members of as many different organisations as possible to take part.

Please note: After your registration, which you must confirm by e-mail, you will receive an e-mail from us by May 13, 2024 with a confirmation of participation and the request to transfer your participation fee to the account indicated below by May 27, 2024.

Your participation is only binding after payment. If you cancel at short notice, arrive later, have to leave earlier or are unable to attend, you may have to bear all costs incurred as a result of cancelations yourself.

A refund of the participation fee is not possible.

However, the fee can be offset against the cost of canceling hotel accommodation.

Participation fee with overnight stay in a single room including breakfast: 100 euros

Participation fee without overnight stay: 50 Euro
