Frequently asked questions about bookings
Is it possible to move my reservation for an educational program (guided tour, workshop, seminar) to an earlier or later time slot?
→ No, because of the way our internal booking system works, groups can only be guided through the exhibition at the reserved times. This does not apply to seminars with professional groups (e.g. police, armed forces, caretakers, social workers, teachers).
Can more than 30 participants take part in the guided tour?
→ No, our rooms cannot accommodate larger groups. Our front desk staff reserves the right to divide your group. Part of the group can visit the exhibition slightly later using an audio guide (3 euros) or the free web app.
As a group visiting without a guided tour, are we only allowed to visit the exhibition at a fixed time?
→ No, you can visit our exhibition anytime during opening hours. If the rooms are very crowded, our front desk staff may ask you to wait a few minutes before entering or to split up your group. If you like, you can use this time to view our garden exhibitions. To minimise waiting times, we suggest that you make a reservation in the booking system, even if you are a group visiting without a guided tour.
